The Leo M Ellebracht Company of Wentzville, MO would like to thank Chief Russell Hobbs
and the Honorable Board of Directors of the Tri-County Fire Protection District, Richland,
Missouri for the recent signed contract to place a new Spartan ER Star Series Dry-side
Pumper-Tanker with them. The Tri-County Fire district was formed in 1991 and protects the
City of Richland and the rural area surrounding it in Pulaski, Camden, and Laclede Counties.

The new apparatus will be built on the new FC-94 series Spartan Custom chassis and will have
seating capacity for 4-persons and boasts a 450 H.P. Cummins engine. It will also feature a
pre-connected extended front bumper discharge line.

The new all-aluminum apparatus body will have a water tank capacity of 1500 gallon. Have
ROM series IV roll-up doors and a top-mount pump configuration to compliment the Hale
QMAX 1500 GPM pump. In addition to the front bumper discharge the new tanker will have a
total of three additional pre-connected hose lines and other standard discharges.

This Pumper-Tanker apparatus will have a high-volume direct tank fill and an electrically
actuated Newton Quik Dump with telescoping chute. The body will contain thru-the tank
ladders, Whelen’s newest “C” series SurfaceMax warinng and scene lighting package and a
Task-Force-Tips Extenda-Gun telescoping Crossfire series deluge monitor top. This apparatus
was sold by David Wunderlin.
